• Led a team of 2 engineers and 10 technicians to design and prototype a fuel rod preparation system for the next generation nuclear reactors, being built for the first time in the world, for a one-time revenue.
• Managed a team of 4 engineers to prototype critical equipment for the diving and surfacing system for the Indian Nuclear Submarine Program helping the business realize a one-time revenue of USD $10,000,000 (average.
• Implemented a Just-in-Time approach to complete a trial project for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Japan. This project laid the groundwork for a potential joint venture with estimated revenues of USD $16,000,000 over 10.
