Used the Agile project life cycle methodology to complete the project in 84.6% of planned time.•Managed a team of 4 engineers to prototype critical equipment for the diving and surfacing system for the Indian Nuclear Submarine Program helping the business realize a one-time revenue of USD $10,000,000 (average order size is USD $ 3,000,000)•Implemented a Just-in-Time approach to complete a trial project for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Japan. This project laid the groundwork for a potential joint venture with estimated revenues of USD $16,000,000 over 10 years.•Conceptualized, designed and prototyped critical lifesaving equipment for the Indian Nuclear Submarine Program helping the business realize a one-time revenue of USD$ 2,400,000.
