• Trouble Ticket • Storage media (HDD, SSD etc.) sanitization and destruction tasks • Work with vendors • Contribute in projects to improve DC work environment and to improve DC operational efficiencies • Troubleshoot technical issues on various platforms ranging from Systems to Networking• Remediation of physical layer outages, both Systems & Network • Remediation and recovery of physical power issues on racks • Hardware diagnostics and replacement of server and network devices and parts • Meet 24x7 shift and on call requirements and response during shift rotations • Install server racks in line with internal SLAs • Data Center point of contact for all High Severity issues • Meet SLAs for our customer uptime

• Troubleshoot / Break-fix HPE-Proliant ISS Servers (ML, DL, SL, BL servers etc.).• Troubleshoot / Break-fix HPE-Proliant Storage Servers (MSA, P2000 servers etc.)• Troubleshoot / Break-fix UPS.• Replacement of all Hardware for HPE-Proliant Servers.• Run Diagnostics test for HP-Proliant Servers.• Server configurations / Network configurations / iLO configurations.• Solving escalations.• Conduct OJTs and Trainings.

• Cloning of desktop/laptops.• Imaging all desktops & laptops to Windows Operating System.• Identifying all hardware and software working condition and troubleshoot if necessary.• Identifying and troubleshooting faulty desktop/laptops.• Troubleshoot and update Symantec if necessary.• Installation of hardware and confidential software as required by the Agencies.• Migration of User Data• Provide Technical Support for Users
