Work with the entire team to extend and optimize the project’s functionality, data architecture, design direction, user interface and experience.Assigning tasks and reviewing submissions of Junior Designers, interns, and freelancers.Assessing the productivity and quality output of the Design team.Ensuring delivery of high quality and original artworks.Design, create, and optimize graphic content for printing, social media, online ads, and website use.Research, purchase, and customize stock elements to reflect marketing message.Create, facilitate and document testing of web development, and offer on-demand web maintenance, content management, and technical support.Mentor junior designers in weekly one-on-one advanced design concepts coaching sessions, and provide feedback on practice assignments.
