Managed a team of respiratory therapists and nurses that provided education within and outside of our health system. - Responsible for developing the maternal arm of simulation education and community outreach, our community reach grew with increased partnerships and MOUs.- The program led to improved patient safety outcomes that were presented at an international nursing conference in Fall 2019.
