Currently a master's student in the Neuroscience and Education program at Teacher's College, Columbia University. While pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience at Adelphi University, my relevant coursework included General Psychology, Statistics for Natural Sciences, Psychological Research, Neurobiology, General Chemistry, and more. I love learning about things that excite the mind and about topics that explain the basis of how we live our lives. This drives my passion for neuroscience, psychology and similar disciplines, and also prompted my desire to pursue a Master's degree. My currently goals include gaining more research and internship experience to further develop and strengthen my current skills and knowledge. I enjoy working with people and have developed a love for working with children. Previous work and volunteer experience include me closely working with children to help expand their minds and further mine. Living in the New York City area has allowed me to develop a background in Spanish. I have furthered this skill by taking courses in Spanish at Adelphi.
