I have been a professional figure skater for 8 years. I have worked for Willy Bietak Productions on Royal Caribbean cruise ships, as well as Feld Entertainment's Disney on Ice. With Disney on Ice, I portray the lead role of Elsa from the film Frozen. I also have held the management positions of Line Captain, Training Line Captain, and Media Mentor. With Royal Caribbean, I held the management position of Ice Captain for one of my five contracts.Prior to my professional skating career, I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting from Grand Valley State University, in Allendale, Michigan. After graduating, I was a news producer for the Morning Show at FOX 17 WXMI. Throughout college I had internships in radio, news reporting and production, and Public Relations and Marketing. I have more media experience through Disney on Ice, including helping in Public Relations events, hosting media days, running early morning newscasts, and doing many interviews across all mediums. In addition as Media Mentor, I helped others prepare for interviews and media events.
