Shandel has been routinely involved in environmental site assessments, site validation, remediation and monitoring projects in Western Australia. She has conducted contaminated site assessments for projects including Phase 1 assessments, Phase 2 assessments, preparation of Remedial Action Plans and management and validation of remediation projects. These projects have covered a range of sites including industrial sites, railway facilities, service stations, and housing developments, and demonstrate technical and theoretical experience in the principles and practices of contaminated site assessment and management.Shandel also has experience in research, preparation, development and implementation of Health and Safety procedures. Her experience has included the review, improvement and complete development of documents and procedures for multiple companies. This has incorporated the development and implementation of HSE plans and procedures along with a third party accredited OHS Management System. She has also undertaken development and implementation of training procedures and management of a Quality Management System.
