Responsibilities:• End-to-end management of an Ecommerce & ERP projects.• Handling stakeholder management, Risk assessment and mitigation.• Implementing data-driven insights to streamline release and program management.• Working closely with the product owner/SA to ensure that the product backlog is prioritized, refined and that the team is working on the highest-value features.• Organizing and facilitating various Scrum-related activities including project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, sprint sizing, release planning, and demos.• Establishing new processes and/or fine-tuning existing processes in the areas of budgeting, scheduling, and resource management to maximize productivity and optimize software delivery capabilities.• Manage internal and external suppliers, stakeholders, and customer relationships.• Collaborate closely with clients to identify and analyze their business requirements, and partner with Solution Architects to develop suitable, cost-effective, and scalable solutions.• Manage multiple 3rd party programs related to timelines, task management, project resource allocation, burn/run rate, internal/external communications, etc. (Jira, Clarizen, Wrike, slack etc.)• Project status reporting.

Responsibilities:• Worked with Unilever client on the project visualization application that enables the smoother & better decision making as per the market industry standards.• Having regular calls with client to understand the requirements of the project.• Work closely with development teams, QA teams and contribute to the overall success of the project• Identification and management of any risk or issues which may be noted during the project’s life span.• Apply formal project management methodologies and reporting practices in line with project guidelines and principles, to ensure timely and effective delivery of project.• Execute any work associated with the project, ensuring that timelines and deadlines will be met effectively and managing projects through agile methodology, JIRA platform.• Writing user stories and User acceptance criteria.• Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes/systems and propose new solutions to enhance current business processes, operations, and information process flows.

Responsibilities:• Experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Analysis & Elicitation, Managing Requirements, Scope & Stakeholders.• Coordinating with all the stakeholders which include Client service team, production team, technical teams, DP & scripting teams, Coding team, Charting Team, Field Work agencies in order to ensure the smooth functioning of the process and provide the required deliverables on time.• Scheduling timelines and reach out to relevant teams for inputs and deliverables.• Launching the studies on time without any delays.• Basic analysis on the Field work data using excel & R. Use these data sources to identify programmatic needs.• Client reporting using PPTs, word document. Problem reporting, defect tracking.• Having weekly calls with CS teams to know the progress of the project and cascading the same to relevant stake holders.• Sharing the deliverables with CS teams on timely basis.• Providing stakeholder management, work-plan management, and status reporting.
