I graduated from the University of Lethbridge in 2019, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. My passion for helping people improve/increase their nutrition and physical activity grew substantially during and after my time at the UofL; I love connecting with people, and helping them become the best versions of themselves. I also have a passion for travelling the world, learning about new cultures and creating new connections in every part of the world. I've travelled to over 30 countries, and have lived in 5 different countries.
