As the Director of E-Discovery and Paralegal Services at Bradley, I am responsible for supervising and managing the workflow and activities of internal and external e-discovery resources. Leading and executing the strategic vision for the Firm’s e-discovery program and platform. Along with coordinating initiates with attorneys, clients and managed services providers to ensure an integrated response to client needs. Additionally, I am responsible for overseeing the paralegal resources firm-wide; this includes managing the workflow of all paralegals and project assistants to maximize productivity, ensure consistent client satisfaction and support career development for all team members.
