My name is Shandre Hendricks and I'm 29 years old... I dropped out of school when I was in grade 10.. I'm not shy or embarrassed for telling the truth about myself.im actually proud of myself having the guts and confidence to telling my story...yes to taday I regret it for not listening to my elders but it's never to late to accomplish your dreams and goals... My first job was by fashion world I've started there when me and my friend was on the outlook for jobs.. She has matric and I don't... So when we go to fashion world my cv's was already finish so my friend gave hers to the manager of fw. My heart was so broken so he told me I must come with my cv and then he will interview me and tell me when I getting started.. But luckily for my friend she started the following day.. As we walked out of fw my heart is not at peace knowing I was so confident that I will also started the next day but I didn't have a cv and I tell my friend iam going back to the manager of fw and I will convince him without a cv what Knowledge I have its not about what experience u have but knowledge.. If u have the knowledge to convince someone you really truly need a job or something you will go any extend to empower what you want to do as a journey for your future, career, goals and ect. And I show him what iam capable to do as a employee and the duties what is expected from me.. I started there 2011 and they train me on how do the laybyes, I was by the jewelry and underwear department and I build alot of experience I was feeling to quote because I thought working is a nice experience for leaving school but the grass ain't greener on thee other side but yes I hold on and I show my responsibility of my side of being a person that knows the terms of conditions to help and take care of a costumer because the costumer is always right.. And the costumer is brining the money in so that we as employees can get paid.. And I've also learned through my experience to always enjoy ur moment of making it joyful for urself everyday no matter what obstacles comes ur way remember to pray before u go to work and to ask God for patience and to show the costumors you have the ability for what they are asking for... I also work as a merchandiser at choice clothing and for me is like a passion .. The kind of work tht u do must be a passion thats the only way how u will love what you do evryday nd u will nt gt bored neither unjoyfull.. Because is a passion to your heart... And remembr always serve good service to the costumers 🤞🤗💯❤️🙏🙌😭
