System Administrator and Software Engineer responsible for build and automation of virtual machine (VM) test environments for BT TV. Currently using Puppet to automate management of basic network and security functions, ensure readiness of test environments for deployments of new software and supporting testers/developers to enable their work.Currently studying for Full Honours Degree in Software Engineering at Ravensbourne, funded by BT TV department, and act as Student representative into quality reviews at Ravensbourne and BT.Support education programmes within BT TV Department, including role as level 4 NVQ Assessor for all BT TV Apprentices. Currently managing development of an exhibition for British Science Week 2017 to demonstrate the use of mathematics and science within the TV department.

Proactively coaching and managing all quality aspects of BTEC, NVQ /Diploma and Core / Key Skills / Functional Skills attainment for candidates ensuring that all processes and procedures followed at delegate level are compliant with national occupational framework standards and OFSTED requirements.Specifically I have responsibility for 37 Apprentices throughout their 3-year Apprenticeship learner journey, coaching them on NVQ, FdSc, and personal & professional development. I complete 8-weekly reviews, NVQ Assessing, recruitment and individual coaching/guidance on all aspects of each Apprentices' development.Additional responsibilities have included presenting to external visitors (e.g. government ministers), creation of media content for UK-wide display and distribution (e.g. graduation videos, certificates etc.) and promoting the value of apprenticeships on local radio, in newspapers and online in partnership with NAS (National Apprenticeship Service)

Employment in IP Management Centre, dealing with faults on Network equipment, maintaining Vendor relations and working within dedicated team to maintain customer service.Seconded for four months to work on 2012 Olympics Proactive Preparations - focus on efficiently and effectively preparing BT's key technology sites and equipment for Games Readiness ahead of the 2012 Olympics. Specific focus on 'Network Spares Availability', 'Process Development/Control' and 'Event/Incident Contingency Planning' as well as recovery of stock and business assets.

Employed by Seventh Sense Productions to present at two open-air events at local venues. On the first occasion I co-presented a live music gig, introducing acts on stage and managing the schedule of performanes, including working with the headline act, the UK's largest Take That Tribute band to an audience of over 2,500 guests. On the second occasion I co-presented and stage managed a 3 hour 'BT Sport Kick-Off Picnic' event, including interviewing guest speakers on camera, running a 'BT Question of Sport' mini-show and presenting to an audience, all broadcast live via a 50 foot outdoor screen before the first live premiership football match was broadcast on BT Sport.

Seconded from BT for three months to work on Giraffe Events' product 'Challenge Worldwide: Training for Life' - a CSR model based business-to-business training and development programme.Focus on employee engagement and incentivisation through delivery of a nine month UK-based preparation programme and a 10-14 day international event delivering a sustainable project in a developing community.Previous involvement with the programme over the course of Apprenticeship, including building of Medical Centre in slum community (Lima, Peru), feeding programme in school in slum community (Kibera, Nairobi), building Teacher accommodation and solar panelling (Lokisale, Tanzania) and building of Academy School and community kitchen (Al Castillo, Ecuador).

At the time of completing this work experience I was told I was the youngest person that had ever been permitted a work expereince opportunity, based purely on the outstanding passion for working in the media that was demonstrated in my application.BBC Wedding StoriesWork experience on Series 3 of Wedding Stories, working on various elements of episodes 3, 4, 5 & 6. My responsibilities included general runner duties, support of the edit and job-shadowing the lead editor, research to support online features (including social media and interactive content) and filming of G.V.s and pick-ups on location. BBC Outside BroadcastWork experience on location filming at Stamford Bridge Football Stadium, including attending live edit, care of kit and runner duties. Experience gained included learning to manage live and changing instructions from director across a shared audio channel, set-up and maintenance of live broadcast equipment, health and safety procedures for filming with an audience. BBC See HearWork experience on location filming at Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Association, entailing care of crew and kit during complicated sequences and general runner duties. This role included hosting presenters and guest speakers, learning to give and recieve simple instructions in sign language and monitoring care of filming equipment across multiple locations both indoors and out at the filming venue.
