I have worked as a Project Manager for over 15 years dealing with blue chip companies as well as local authorities. From concept to final hand over from small repairs to multimillion pound refurbishments.During my time I have worked overseas with some prestigious clients.My philosophy is to always deliver to the clients satisfaction, if changes need to made then talk agree and implement. My projects have included but not limited to, re-roofing of schools and colleges around North Yorkshire, a full Italian restaurant strip out and refurbishement, full office refurbishement inc all M&E elliments, from drawing up plans with the architect to purchasing with the client.I will always find a working solution.I also work part time with a Spanish Law firm, helping them establish Spanish companies in the UK and Australia, we have already helped a Spanish Green Energy Company and a Steel and Cladding company secure contracts in the UK. Also helping a new furniture company gain a major contract with large blue chip luxury hotel chain.I 2000-2003 worked in Australia and help set up a UK based resin flooring company, we secured over $1 million (au) worth of contracts in the first year making over $300k net profit.I am looking actively for company's in the UK who want an easy set up in to the booming Australian market, I still have many live contacts in the building engineering field.
