I managed a team of 2 buyers, 1 Master Scheduler and 4 production control planners. We procurred ~$120M year of Aerospace Avionics from Malaysia and Indonesia.

I lead the implementation of the Honeywell Operating System (HOS) at a 560k sq ft, 1000 employee Avionics Manufacturing facility. HOS is a business transformation model that instills a lean management system that will develop and sustain a lean production system.

I worked variation reduction improvement projects across the business. I gained significant experience implementing Process Capability, Statistical Process Control, Measurement Systems Evaluations (MSE), Design of Experiements (DOE), Z tranform and Benchmark sigma levels. I trained over 200 engineers in Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) concepts and mentored over 20 engineering greenbelt projects.
