Ability to Understand RFDS. Load software and scripts in order to perform configuration as directed by Remote Integration Center. Provide troubleshooting support to complete system commissioning and integration. Coordinate construction crew and Remote Integration Center efforts during troubleshooting. Provide guidance and both physical and remote assistance to other Integration team members. Responsible to pick-up OEM equipment from customer or company warehouse location and care for, scan and report on equipment disposition. Log detailed daily activities during on-site efforts. Complete and deliver End of Day and Site Completion Reports daily. Travel throughout a regional territory and other regions, as needed. Experience on IXRE Router integration, 7705, SAS, SAR router Integration.

Remote

Provide support to multi-functional team of R&D, Program Management, Core Networking, RF Engineering, Transport and Technical/Training Support to fulfill multi-technology wireless network deployment across customer markets.Responsible for Commissioning RAN equipment Work and assist other Engineering teams with remote commissioning of CDMA/LTE RAN equipment. Provide guidance to customers on integration, commissioning, and onsite support during network cut over for new markets. Possess the ability and flexibility to work 24X7 schedule and/or on-call environment Support Field and RF Engineers with parameters changes, clearing alarms, etc. Assist with training junior/entry level Commissioning engineers on daily tasks and responsibilities. Conduct moderately-complex and detailed engineering, analytical, and functional analysis for the Commissioning team. Lead issues to resolution, while maintaining professionalism in all communications with both internal and external contacts. This included multitasking and driving issues to resolution. Applies strong troubleshooting skills and ability to mentor junior engineers. Provide timely feedback on process/procedural improvements and operational inefficiencies. Complete tasks required to maintain service levels and availability of all site features and function. Responsible for routine or standard technical problems and responds to standard requests from internal and external customers. Make decisions within guidelines and policies. Is accountable for the contributions of the project sub-team. Responsible for the operational performance of the department. Directs the resolution of complex operational and organizational problems.
