Casual Contract Mine Surveyor - Filling various roles in both an open pit and underground capacity.

• Delivery of survey control and production layout in a timely and efficient manner.• Provide surveying and engineering functions to the mine.• Preparation of monthly volume reconciliations.• Ore mark-ups and geology surveys• Drill and blast set outs and volume calculations.• Liaise with production teams and manage production plans and schedules.• Attending meetings with and project managers on a daily basis to discuss progress andquality of works, programming and problems encountered and intern problem solvingsolutions.• Daily survey task to ensure the mines is kept on design• looked after 3 open cut mines.

Engineering Surveyor looking afterArmadale, Warwick, Stirling Train-Station Expansion and Kwinana Town centre• Earthworks, Drainage, Access roads, Boundaries and Tie ins.• Setting out and supervision of all trades from drainage and sewerage contractors,earthworks, electrical, walls, boundaries and asphalt.• Setting out for bulk earthworks, road formation, drainage networks and piles for abutmentconstruction.• Dealing with all trades and subcontractors on a daily basis and keeping records of progressand quality of works.• Attending meetings with and survey managers on a daily basis to discuss progress andquality of works, programming and problems encountered and intern problem solvingsolutions.• Check all constructed works to ensure project specifications are met.• Keeping all relevant contractual QA paperwork and diary’s up to date.• Provide redesign drawings for TQ’s for submission to the client for approval• Providing Quantities for the Bill of Quantities• Monthly progress and quantity reports.

• Setting out and supervision of all trades from drainage contractors, earthworks, asphalt,road formation, piles for abutment construction ,clearing lines, primary control, structuralsteel and concrete• Producing Inspection reports on all structural steel.• Audit civil and reinforced concrete structures.• Being a part of, and communicating between multiple survey teams.• Dealing with all trades and subcontractors on a daily basis and keeping records of progressand quality of works.• Attending meetings with and survey managers on a daily basis to discuss progress andquality of works, programming and problems encountered and intern problem solvingsolutions.• Check all constructed works to ensure project specifications are met and maintained.• Keeping all relevant contractual QA paperwork and diary’s up to date.• Provide redesign drawings for TQ’s for submission to the client for approval• Providing Quantities for the Bill of Quantities• Monthly progress and quantity reports.• Set up and checks of machine control for multiple graders, and dozers.
