Current• Organize, file, and maintain client records, medical reports, and correspondence. • Enter and update client information and claim details in databases.• Draft and send letters, e-mails, and facsimiles to clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and other relevant parties.• Prepare and submit accident benefit claims and all necessary forms and documents to insurance companies. Monitor the status of claims and follow up on outstanding issues.• Assist clients in the accident benefit claim process.• Request and review client medical records.
