I work with the Software Asset Management (SAM) team as a Service Delivery Consultant. As part of this role I research and document software licensing rules and product information for a wide range of software publishers. I generate reports to determine a customer’s licensable inventory and their license compliance status. This is done using my knowledge of complex licensing rules to determine a customer’s actual license position.I do all this using HP tooling based on SQL queries to reconcile the customer’s software installation and license data to produce a range of license management reports.The reports are generated from SQL, Access and other HP software and then imported into Excel and presented to the end customer.

I worked with a Fuel Card Company based in Parkmore. I had 2 roles within the company. I primarily worked within a customer service team that dealt with calls for the Texaco Fuel Card, we dealt with any customer queries regarding fuel pricing, invoice requests, card orders/stops or any change of details. We also received calls from the network of Texaco Service Stations and assist them with any queries involving payments, involving payments, cards problems, terminal communication issues or any fraudulent activities.In my other role as the IT Administrator I was responsible for maintaining the Windows server, creating new user accounts in the active directory, setting up new workstations, running sever back ups each day, installing software updates and running Anti-Virus checks on each users system within the company.

I wrote work instructions which were used for training new staff members and helped with any system issues.
