I've been working in the software industry for many years. In 2010, I discovered my passion in Agile Development and Business Agility. I was given a team to lead, and my manager invited me to learn about Scrum. I was blown away! Here was a methodology that was effective yet humane - empowering yet collaborative - fostered teamwork and accountability. It put the team in the driver's seat. I was sold.From that point it has been a journey as I am always learning how to do Agile better. At this point in my career, I am an Enterprise Agile Coach. I've taught senior executives and individual contributors. I've trained sales teams, PMO's, Customer Intelligence, Hardware engineers, Software engineers, and even a CPA firm.
