Being part of a team of people working together towards the same challenging goals is my passion!Doesn’t really matter what the goal is but construction is in my blood.The camaraderie of pushing to the End Zone and making sure it’s a good win for all involved is a feeling that drives me. Being in construction from marketing to drafting and design and project startup, management and closeout and even legal has allowed me to work with people in all areas of the total process. Working with Yates Construction again the last couple of years has taught me something and reenforced something more valuable than anything and that is that the Safety of the people at the end of the day is the MAIN THING. It’s obvious that a company must make money to stay in business and be successful but a company not wildly concerned about the safety of everyone involved is a company that, in my opinion and regardless of the bottom line, will never be a truly successful company.
