Monthly KPI reviews with in-store management. Constant evaluation of external merchandisers performance. Communicating with a demand planning team in terms of stock levels and delivery days and lead times. Placing orders with multiple vendors. Scheduling and Supervising in store employees and outside merchandisers. Supervising and liaising with security, cleaners and trolley porters. Maintaining shop floor standards throughout the day including OHS and Food Safety. Ensuring customer satisfaction in regards to stock and service. Conflict and grievance handling management between employees. Initiating disciplinary enquiries on behalf of the company.
