- Responsible for overall Accounting/Finance function to include reconciliation, billing & payments, end of year tax preparation, as well as the creation, implementation, and analysis of internal audit and forecast/stress-test processes.Oversee trust accounting and compliance with Florida Bar.Prepare and administer employee payroll and tax payments including 401K and benefits. Responsibly for firm owned building including maintenance, repair, and insurance.-Responsible for the oversight of all marketing and advertising activities.
