•Clean and test washer machines and dryers to insure their operational readiness.•Perform minor repairs such as: replacing motors, replacing belts, repairing heating coils and fuses, and other routine maintenance.

•Perform routine custodial duties including: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, and dusting.•Assist with minor maintenance such as: adjusting furniture and empty trash receptacles.
