I am responsible for editorial duties in the day-to-day running of the blog and have a number of responsibilities with regards to content and public relations.

I am also involved with training colleagues in their roles. I was relied upon to deal with any customer complaints or issues they may be having.

As this was a financial services job there were a number of responsibilities in terms of dealing with people’s personal bank accounts. I had to display a great deal of trust and responsibility in relation to the details of those accounts. I also took part in regular team meetings where I volunteered to record the details of those meetings in a shared document for later consultation. Lead generation targets were also a crucial part of the role. I was tasked with generating customer interest in financial services products such as car insurance, home insurance and lending products.
