Leading people in change management is my passion. I am a detail oriented and motivated government employee who cares about the mission of not just my day to day job, but how it affects our Navy and the Country. I am highly organized, I have high energy and am persistent and perseverant - traits necessary to make change within the government bureaucracy. I truly care about the people that work for me, and due to that, I generally have their respect and devotion. It is not impossible to achieve both; it requires leading with humility, and managing by respect. I strive to hold myself and those that work for me to high and strict standards, while having superior levels of empathy and flexibility to meet their needs. Happy and productive employees is the goal, setting the example by always doing the right thing and treating people fairly and equitably is the standard.
