I am an applied social policy researcher and evaluator with almost 20 years of consulting experience in research agency and government positions. My work has involved leading social policy research and evaluation activities, particularly in the areas of education, online safety and cyber abuse, gendered violence, health and vocational outcomes, and client experience. This has included designing methodologies and performance outcomes and measurement frameworks, managing mixed-method data collections and reporting against measurement and performance frameworks and strategies.I love collaborating and nurturing diverse relationships, building teams and developing people’s capacity. I thrive in environments where I can work with clients and stakeholders, and conceptualise practical solutions to solve problems using data. I have a passion for maximising the value of publicly funded research and evaluation through bringing together data and evidence to measure outcomes and shape social policy.
