I am a hard working, extremely focused when it comes to tasks and firmly believe in finishing tasks that I've started to the best of my ability and no half completed work with half my focus used. I am a confident individual and a quick learner who invites new challenges. I enjoy problem solving and I am good at conflict resolution. I am a humble yet firm individual and believe in balance within everything. I've worked as a Mathematics teacher, a sales rep and a Banker at Nedbank. I've grown and evolved from each of these experiences and believe that every opportunity at a new job or career path is an opportunity to become a better version of myself. Each job allows me to hone the skills I already have and also gain as many new skills as possible to better myself and be an asset to the company that I am working for. I believe that the manner in which we work is a direct reflection of us individuals. I take great pride in my work and thus I make sure I am punctual, I stay focused on the task at hand and am able to multitask when it is needed. I am able to work alone and I am excellent at working with people and in groups. I believe that I will excel at any task given to me as I am an individual who doesn't give up until a solution is found and the task at hand is completed. I firmly live by my mantra which is focus not on the problem but on the solution.

  I fully enjoyed my time at Nedbank and when I started I knew absolutely nothing about banking at all. This was my first position and job in a banking environment or financial sector. Within two months I was so comfortable at my job that I didn't need the help of my colleagues to figure out how to access files and databases as well as work on programs that being a bankers requires one to do and know. Within four months I was in the top 5 best within my role. And this platform was based on the entire region. I became excellent at my job and this is also the reason why I left. I felt that I had learnt everything there was to learn and I saw that the future the bank will provide me wasn't one that I wanted and thus I respectfully and gratefully left. Show less
