In this role I oversee the sales and guest relations performance for all Guest Service Associates for 4 locations in the Twin Cities. I manage all escalated guest issues and ensure that any experience that walks out of our doors ends on a good note. I oversee all recruiting for all roles in our locations. Currently working on the development of new locations that will be apart of our franchise

During my time in this position I worked closely with developing 15 locations. I specialized in performance coaching for the business as a whole for their center managers and ensured they had all of the tools to coach their teams under them to exceed their performance expectations. During this time I helped grow those locations as a whole by 3 million dollars YOY. I also partnered with the center managers and franchisees during this time to ensure brand consistency with compliance throughout all locations.

Overall communication with surrounding beauty colleges. School presentations and Strut Ambassador for recruiting in the Minnesota region. Coordination of presentations and school relationships with region managers. I hold an am apart of Grand Ave business association - previously with the uptown business association and plan local marketing outreach with regional.

In this position I manage a sales team of 15 + towards success on a daily basis. We focus on goals, share strategies, and work as a team 100% of the time. I manage the flow of the facility, guest relations, call center, maintaining relationships with Beauty Schools/ Colleges across the Minnesota Region for recruiting new talent and staff members to all locations growing across the Minneapolis Metro and beyond.

Marketing ambassador for network

I opened 4+ locations across the Minneapolis Metro. In this position I trained the staff on over all Company policies, expectations, and how to maintain all goals going forward for their location to be successful. Also, worked with store owners to set up center appropriately to corporate standard.

Worked in a strategic sales environment to maintain goals my self but also help my fellow team member to a successful end of day. Managed flow of the center. Maintained books for wax specialist to ensure overall accuracy for reservations and transactions. Maintained order in the center as a whole, stocking shelves, maintaining stock room, etc.

Fashion showroom

I worked at Showroom Seven as a Accessories intern. In this I learned how to strategically get all tasks done daily, maintain order of files, learned from mentor to make relationships with boutiques/ stores for future appointments. I worked with RTW as well as accessories and prepared showroom for appointments with potential buyers for collections represented at that time for Showroom Seven.
