We are a local boutique development shop that focuses primarily on infill for-sale ground up multi-family development in the District and Bethesda Maryland. We are currently working on a multi family project in Bethesda that will break ground soon. We have also created a development consulting platform that can assist property owners renovate/redevelop their properties. We have started our first project of this kind in Columbia Heights, and hope to start a second in Bethesda in early 2021.

Recently partnered with Horizon Home Builders to develop residential property in Washington DC, Baltimore and Northern Virginia. We are focusing on Multi-Family acquisitions and development. We are looking to convert apartment buildings, warehouses and single family homes into condominiums as well as buy, hold and manage Multi-Family income-producing property.
