• High level support to the Chief Executive • Management of all “People” related matters throughout the organisation• Overriding responsibilities for service provision to employees with disabilities and meeting of required quality assurance standards and Departmental compliance requirements• Adherence to ISO quality Standards through the development and auditing of related processes• Overriding responsibility for organisational Funding through the employment services arm of the organisation• Overseeing the organisation’s transition to the NDIS• Staff mentoring, support, training and development

• Carriage for all Employment Services activities• Carriage for employee (with disabilities) recruitment• Enhancement of employment outcomes of people with disabilities • The achievement of “benchmark” levels of activity and compliance referenced against the Disability Services Standards • Successful negotiation and implementation of a raft of reforms that impacted the Supported Employment sector during this period (including the introduction of the current Disability Services Standards, Award Based Wages and Case Based Funding)• Staff mentoring, support, training and development

• Provision of direct support and training to employees with disabilities• Management of Individual Employment Plans for employees with disabilities• Adherence to requirements for supported employment as per the Disability Services Act (1986)• Adherence to relevant OH&S standards and related activities (including accident prevention and investigation)• Development and maintenance of positive and appropriate supported employee stakeholder relationships

• Safe, effective and inclusive participation of employees with disabilities whilst meeting commercial operational imperatives• Direct supervision and training of supported employees• Production requirements such as quality assurance, stock control and direct customer liaison

• Various clerical and customer service tasks set within the backdrop of the securities industry
