Work on the front line of the global helpdesk, I answer inbound calls regards different issues from laptops not working correctly or office applications help. I aim to do a first time fix but if not I pass it onto the relative team to look into the issue. I also get equipment ready for new joiner by building their laptop and phone ready for use for when they start, this could be a Mac or Windows. During calls or less busy times I have to also work on emails, most of this is access requests but I also have to creat new joiner accounts and make sure they have the access they need.
