Shane has over 25 years experience in his industry. His key role in the practice is to manage the design and documentation of projects, as Shane has a particular interest and extensive knowledge in educational facilities and community focused complexes with master planning, conceptual plan and schematic design.Shane believes in the importance of clear and well-developed documentation and open communication is the key to any building projects’ success. It is with this philosophy as a priority in CBA Building Designers mission statement, that we strive to succeed in business and life. Shane has been managing building projects of various types and budget including educational, commercial, community, residential and industrial in Regional and Metropolitan areas since 1987, first working with a large architectural firm as a senior designer, prior to joining CBA Building Designers. With tertiary qualifications and vast experience in the building design and project management, Shane has a practical knowledge of the building process, from Concept design through to handover of completed works to the client. He is involved in all aspects of projects, including appointment of staff and sub-consultants to each project.
