I was previously employed by BCG Pty Ltd in the position of General Manager/Project Manager. In this position I managed the setup of the company's pilot plant and the management and coordination of the various work packages utilising my Project Management skills, (SRM) supplier relationship management skills, and (CRM) customer relationship management skills.

I provided project management process solutions for Jonathan Evers at Vow Resources

During my tenure at Boral Masonry I wore several hats concurrently. Production Scheduling: I worked with production to schedule the manufacture of Boral's products made at the Wacol plant. I received all of the incoming internal orders from other Boral outlets from Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, NSW, Victoria and SA. I was tasked with the management of the planning, scheduling, logistics and final delivery of Boral's Pre-cast products to external sites across Australia's Eastern Seaboard.

This position, managed concurrently with several others required me to form long-term, mutually beneficial working relationships with our Clients. To oversee the accounts, ensure the smooth running of outward product flow and to also ensure the seamless flow of information loop for these customers and for Boral's departments.

Throughout my 10 year tenure at Boral I was called upon to manage or oversee the logistical distribution of Boral's products via road and rail transport means on a regular basis for the local areas of metro Brisbane, the Sunshine coast, the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers NSW. This position became full-time during 2003-2004 until I took on other roles. However, later roles managing transportation of Boral's product expanded nationally as shown in my "Product Distribution Manager" role.

Wacol.Boral Masonry is a manufacturer and supplier of concrete products such as blocks, retaining walls and paving to the building, construction and landscaping industries. My role was to coordinate the installation of New Product lines into the outlets of over 150 clients on an ongoing, regular cyclical basis. This role required me to work closely with each of Boral's departmental teams in a cross-functional capacity to oversee the progress of work activities from raw materials to the final delivered product on site. This role required me to also work closely with contractors to build retaining walls and other landscaping activities in a timely manner throughout the Brisbane metro area, the Sunshine coast, the Gold Coast, and the Northern Rivers of NSW. New Product projects were and still are very important to Boral's value-added core capabilities to ensure clients are provided new products to maintain a competitive advantage. I designed and managed the activities, processes and delivery of these projects through a complete re-engineering of the system to radically change and improve on what had gone before. In then benchmarked the system to ensure others after me could follow and manage the system to ensure a seamless and fluid outwards flow of materials and a visible closed-loop flow of information. The outcome of which enabled Boral to become the market leader of its products in the localities we provided for.

Warehouse Manager and processing of orders, coordinating transportation to our clients in the Government, Industrial and Mining sectors on a daily basis. Frequently out on transport and delivery duty picking up of manufactured products from engineering firms for delivery to clients all over the Metro Brisbane region, and also the North Coast and Gold Coast when needed.Occasionally having to work on site overseeing or helping out on job maintenance of machinery and other manufactured goods provided by Mat Hand. Counter Sales and related tasks for the sale of products kept on hand, Order Assembly and Packing.; Truspak Hardware division of Confit Homes looked after the coordination and supply of product from stage one to lock-up of new housing projects for Confit Homes and many other Housing and building companies.

Management and daily running of the Trade Sales department for the Trade and Retail businesses in our client base.Coordinating the Transportation of orders to site within the Building and Contraction sector for new and established homes from Stage One to Lock-up. Building and Maintaining strong relationships with Tradesmen and Building companies.; Coopers PlainsRobb's was a major supplier chain of Hardware and Trade materials to the Building and Construction Industry for South-East Queensland.

Management and control of the entire Pricing structure, margins and format for the entire Chain of stores.Account Manager for clients such as Pioneer Homes and the coordination of product for the new home market from Stage One to Lock-Up. Calling on site to homes under construction maintaining strong working relationships with Supervisors and Foremen to ensure the steady and smooth flow of product needed for each stage of a new home under construction.Coordination of Transportation of product needed for supply to site in the new home sector via the processing of material requirements directly from client supervisors. Building and maintaining relationships with clients via calling on them on regular cycles to ensure strong relationships and expansion of those relationships. Managing and running of three departments under my direct control on a daily basis ensuring stock levels were maintained, displays up to date.
