I serve as an Undergraduate Associate to the Amherst College Chief Student Affairs Officer and Dean of Students— I assist in translating the climate of the student body into actionable policy recommendations to the division that enhance the student experience. I work closely with Student Affairs leadership and act as a bridge between the broader student body and the administration, hearing from all of our collegiate agents from first year students to members of the Board of Trustees. Working on behalf of all stakeholders, I help implement an array of initiatives ranging from partnerships with Amherst Town organizations to picnic tables on the first year quad. I have a particular interest in helping build a new, post-covid wheel, as the college’s social scene has changed a great deal since the pandemic. Excited to be part of this pivotal moment in our college’s history!
