Overall responsibility for the HR Function across the 3 sites in Ireland.The role encompasses the following responsibilities: Overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources Department ensuring that it complies with Company policy and fully compliant with employment legislation Engage with employees and unions as appropriate on behalf of the Company Support Managers on all Industrial Relations and Employment Law matters and represent the company at 3rd parties including, Rights Commissioners, EAT and Labour CourtPoint of contact for employee representatives within the business and SIPTU for our unionised sites Implement, review and update company policies and proceduresManage the recruitment process including co-coordinating the requisition process, identifying needs, sourcing vacancies, assisting in candidate interviews, managing the recruitment budget and seeking ways to reduce costEnsuring smooth on-boarding of new employees including induction, documentation & catch up meetingsCompensation & BenefitsManage workload for HR Team Monitor the execution of administrative work related with employee files and records, compile personnel statistics and provide information to team members on matters pertaining to HR forms and recordsResponsibility for payroll for all staff and for ensuring compliance with all pay-related mattersManages Absenteeism, Service Awards etcCreation and implementation of SOPsOther HR-related responsibilities as required by the business
