I was in public service for over 25 years and now have focused my attention on consulting both for the field of corrections as well as the private sector. I perform operational audits in corrections that include security, health and safety, policy and procedures, use of force, medical and mental health, other administrative audits as needed. I also instruct training for leadership, PREA Inmate Management, toxic employees, basic corrections 101, and many other areas in corrections I am currently providing security audits for the private sector which includes enhanced asset protection, integrated biometrics, and high level security services. I will also conduct internal investigations for employee theft, misconduct, workmans comp fraud, and other investigative services as needed
