Office Responsibilities (75%):• Customer facing project manager in charge of project planning, schedule development, change management, KPI tracking, resource allocation, methodology development, and engineering support on oil, gas, industrial, and renewables projects• Responsible for the successful delivery of multiple $1MM+ subsea projects through a highly matrixed environment by managing all stakeholder interfaces, structural engineering team, geotechnical engineering team, procurement, fabrication vendors, and installation contractors• Perform front end engineering calculations, equipment sizing, and project planning in order to develop cost models for lump sum bids and T&M bids• Maintain relationships with customers through calls, lunches, golf outings, and fishing trips to source new scopes of work• Conduct after action review meetings with our customers to ensure satisfaction and improve performance on future scopes• Create AutoCAD general arrangement, elevation, and sequence drawings to support procedures• Create HAZID analyses and conduct meetings in order to mitigate risk to equipment and increase personnel safety during operations and projectsOffshore Responsibilities (25%):• Delmar field project lead for over 430 days during offshore operations in the Gulf of Mexico, Brazil, Trinidad & Tobago, and Equatorial Guinea for mooring operations, pipeline end termination (PLET) holdback anchor installations, BOP stabilization systems installations, subsea project remediation operations, installation, and recovery of subsea production equipment• Lead and execute management of change (MOC) processes for changes in work procedures during operations• Plan and implement agile project management methodologies to improve efficiencies of vessel and ROV time • Lead on site safety meetings, JSEAs, and toolbox talks before commencing LiveWire • Monitor project progress in real time during operations using Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Excel

Office Responsibilities:• Designed mooring systems for mobile offshore drilling units (MODUs)• Built and maintained hydrodynamic models of MODUs when new rig information is received• Assisted in the training of new hire engineersOffshore Responsibilities:• Delmar engineering representative for over 80 days during rig move, anchor installation, and anchor recovery operations• Monitored mooring line catenaries in real time to mitigate potential risk to assets and other hazard zones on the seafloor or in the water column• Calculated future mooring line catenary shapes to assist with anchor placement• Provided guidance to aid with safe boat connections and disconnections of mooring lines, including mitigating potential damage to the anchor handling vessel or the MODU’s anchor bolster

• Acted as a project manager to create a standardized die control process• Created and revised engineering models and drawings using Solid Edge• Diagnosed and corrected surface defects in forgings
