Launched LearningJewelry.com in February 2019 to establish a foothold in the lucrative diamond industry. Designed/developed the site as well as the content strategy to specifically focus on consumer education surrounding diamonds and buying diamonds online. Executed on a content roadmap and promotion strategy that would secure links and mentions on industry publications such as Brides.com, Bustle.com, and WeddingIdeasmag.com. LearningJewelry.com grew to 23,846 organic sessions in 2019, 627,345 organic sessions in 2020. Negotiated affiliate deals to promote diamond and jewelry products via national brands such as Blue Nile, James Allen, Clean Origin, Zales/Kay, and Helzberg diamonds to grow MRR to five figures within 12 months of launch. Negotiated a successful sale of this asset in May of 2021.

Launched PestStrategies.com in February of 2017 after identifying the home and garden niche as being an underserved and relatively low competition market to enter from an affiliate perspective. Developed a site architecture to create topical authority for competitive niche phrases to outrank my competitors. Researched and executed on a content roadmap and promotion strategy that would result in growing Pest Strategies from 35,218 organic sessions in 2017, to 1,082,113 sessions in 2018, to 5,024,573 sessions in 2019. Successfully negotiated a successful sale of this asset in September of 2019.

Launched BeTheBowTieGuy.com "The Buy Tie Guy" bow tie brand in October of 2015. To market the business, I published 10 different bow tie centric blog articles, which generated roughly 143,000 organic sessions from 2016 to 2019. Networked with men’s fashion influencers and attended local events to build a competitive backlink profile. I grew the e-commerce brand to ~$2,500 MRR via subscriptions and individual unit sales. Successfully negotiated a successful sale of this asset in July of 2019.
