I have been in retail since I have left college. I left college with I.T. Lvl 2 Diplomas and Multi Trade Lvl 2 Diplomas but as I got older I was forced to get a job to afford to live so I got a job in Morrison’s and have worked for Morrison’s for 3 years now. I have had multiple positions offered to me which have given me the opportunity to learn how retail works. I have become confident and positive in my job and will always have the job done with quality and in good timing. Retail has given me experience in a warehouse and the ability to work around customers therefore has improved my customer service skills. Honestly retail has become second nature to me and is something I am very good at now; retail is most definitely something you get better at over time and with my current skills I can happily say I have learnt a lot. I am great with timing and organising myself and others aswell as doing multiple jobs at once.I have also had my drivers licence 3 years too.
