My main goal is to continuously grow and adapt to become a complete information technology professional to meet the needs of the ever-evolving industry.I’m currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing an Undergraduate specializing in Cloud Computing and Virtualization. As of November 2022, I have a 3.67gpa. My plan is to obtain the AWS Solutions Architect (professional) cert by the end of 2024. I have unsuccessfully taken the CCNA cert exam.I have 2 years of experience working in Ellie Mae’s Encompass software along with a hand full of websites needed for the mortgage process. My Encompass knowledge includes installation, creating and modifying user accounts and user groups, adjusting field triggers and forms, efolder management, DU/LP error troubleshooting, milestone completion, test environment set up, updating SDKs for deployment, reporting apps installs/troubleshooting, CoreLogic, FHA branch management updates, and disclosure issues.I’ve worked very closely with a large community health center in the Akron area. They have 5 locations, and over 200 users. My time spent there has given me experience with the clinical side of IT support. I often work directly with their EMRs (eClinical Works) tech support and vendors to resolve issues, and manage their servers, billing systems, accounting software, and pharmacies. I have also been heavily involved in their network security audits.
