South Australian Project Supervisor for New Mobilities.I am currently working with partners in Keolis Downer and the South Australian Department Public Transport and Infrastructure to successfully develop and implement and On Demand bus service in Mt Barker and The Barossa Valley.The service is using a VIA app, which is a proven app booking system to deliver an efficient passenger service in both service areas.Involved in multiple multi-modal passenger transport services incl. Autonomous vehicle, On Demand and electric vehicle trials.

(inclusive of Willaston and Pooraka satellite depots)This includes:Shift coverage - finding the most cost effective solution for the business, factoring driver fatigue and the current drivers enterprise agreement.Incident response - creating, then following processes to control emergency situations which arise in the Adelaide metro network.Incident investigation - use of computer software to review GPS data, operational computer system and radio logs.Dispatch - use of TIMS software to manage vehicle allocations of over 150 buses and drivers in the outer north contract area, both on the road and in all three ONCA depots.Contribute to continuous improvement - encouraging staff contribution to whole of business improvement and submission both cost effective ideas and lifestyle improvements for drivers shits.General day to day duties - responsible for ensuring the day to day timetabled metro services are maintained and the operational requirements for the contract area are met. Provide first level of support and supervision for all drivers.
