In the later part of my career with Impark, I assisted with servicing National Client Accounts. I had the privilege to work with amazing client groups in Vancouver, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto and Ottawa. I helped the regional teams strengthen their local service delivery to standardize services offered across the client's portfolio. This included developing and deploying innovative local and digital marketing strategies to increase client revenue while providing A-Class services.Impark is Canada's leading professional parking management company. As the General Manager of Impark for Calgary & Banff, I was responsible for the operation of 230+ parking facilities that provided service to 39,000 daily parking spaces. Over ten years, our team grew from 85 people to over 200 team members who provided self park, monthly parking, valet parking, event parking along with internal departments that delivered local technical and maintenance services.I was responsible to effect the strategic plan for the branch along with create and be held accountable for the annual operating budget and planning process. I managed the business through several economic down turns while maintaining our majority market share in Calgary.I also led complex and critical lease and management contract negotiations. Created and delivered strategies and responses to earn significant new business through Request For Proposal processes issued by private and government sectors. I had a high client retention rate by renewing key contracts for multiple renewal terms by continually adapting to the needs of our clients and aligning our services with their tenant service delivery models and plans.

Edmonton, Canada Area

As the Operations Manager, I was responsible for managing over 60 parking facilities in downtown Edmonton. I supervised over 100 parking attendants who worked at a variety of locations. I was responsible for client retention and new business activities along with ensuring daily service excellence was achieved at each location.A memorable occasion during my time in Edmonton was winning the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) annual Pinnacle Award for Innovation. I led the creation of a Stop Auto Theft program that reduced thefts from vehicles by 40% through increased customer education and enhanced facility awareness.I was promoted to the General Manager role and transferred to the Calgary Branch in April 2009.
