The prototypical square footage for the dormitory is (1) x 4-bedroom/2-bathroom dormitory = per dorm unit which requires 1-bathroom per 2-bedrooms and shared living space. The Elevated Structure is on timber piles with wood-framed construction. Demolish two existing obsolete trailers. Abandon/relocate existing utilities. Relocate existing sanitary lift station and associated force main. Remove effected trees and vegetation, and take care to protect remaining trees and vegetation where unaffected by new work. Provide 14 surface parking spaces for staff, guests and ADA spaces. Install a new recreational area with new pedestrian gravel travel paths. Elevated shared deck between housing units. Place a Gravel Grill area behind the new elevated shared deck. Add an additional 1,000-gallon propane tank and underground gas line serving new buildings with access path for re-fueling. Replacing existing water, sanitary, telephone, and electrical services. Managed a 5 million dollar project for NAVAFC at Blount Island Marine base. Project included heavy concrete repair for staging area for Military vehicles and a underground utility Duct bank. Prepares and reviews submittals, schedules, and contract documents.
