Shane is a Partner in PwC’s Cyber, Risk and Regulatory (CR&R) team. Within CR&R, Shane leads our Enterprise Risk and Controls team which enables our clients to optimize their risk and control ecosystem (Internal Audit, Compliance, ERM, legal) while quickly adapting to changing business landscapes by offering solutions that leverage cutting edge technology. Over his 25+ years with the firm, Shane has worked with Internal Audit Departments, Controllers, Compliance Officers and CFOs to design new control systems or to optimize existing control systems leveraging technology to drive better insights. He has done so in a sustainable and cost effective manner using commercial products, automations and analytics. Shane’s team focus on the technology/telecom/media, consumer markets and industrial product sectors, with client size ranging from smaller private companies to IPOs to Fortune 50 clients. Shane has personally worked internationally with PwC, including tours of service in India and Japan. Shane attended Boston College and currently resides in New York with his wife and two daughters.
