As chief building engineer I overseen day-to-day operations of approximately 400,000 square feet of Class AA office space in downtown Nashville. My last two properties were 500,000 square feet and 750,000 of Class A office space in Franklin, TN. Duties include the comprehensive maintenance of buildings and supervision of the engineering team, overseeing all work orders the completion of maintenance related projects, and assisting in the oversight of tenant buildouts. In addition I have opened 3 Class A office buildings in Franklin, TN and a Class AA high-rise in Nashville, TN. I have created building preventative maintenance program, compiled bid packages for specific services as well as bid out and supervise special projects. I have experience in employee management, contract and project oversight, and tenant buildouts. I have 16 plus years experience in building maintenance as well as an additional 10 years experience in electrical service and install.
