As the PM I am tasked with interacting with the client on a daily basis setting up crews to be on job sites in multiple markets. Submitting SOVs to the client tracking jobs from start to finish including truing up the POs and making sure the BP is closed out. In addition to the Project Manager duties I am also the authorized climber & rescuer train the trainer responsible for certifying all of SRTs climbers and ensuring safe climbing practices for all of our climbers. I also track employees training notifying our DOO when a training class is needed. Conduct job site safety audits to ensure our crews are following safety standers that meet and or exceed industry standers. Currently managing the Sprint 2.5 and the 1900 build out in the Phoenix metro market along with the AT&T build going on in different markets.

At COMTECH I was responsible for managing up to five teams at a time making sure the all of the teams paperwork with closeout were turned in on time to the customer. Along with conducting site inspections and verifying all team were current on JSA and JHAs. Verifying sweeps and PIM tests, consult with the client to resolve issues with the construction schedule and identify safety concern'sand resolve them so the job would continue to completion on time and under budget.

At AZ west I ran crews in building RF sites and Microwave installations testing RF sites PIM and sweep for AT&T and VZW. Running jobs in many markets for both carriers including stacking towers SST and monopoles and changing out guide wires, interacting with carrier CMs and PMs meeting deadlines under budget and on time. Teaching new employees how to run jobs sweep and PIM test.Inventory sites and report shortages before it became an issue that would halt construction, identifying safety hazards and working out a plan to ensure that they did not become an issue.

Responsible for building sites for T-Mobile in the Tucson Market, we also worked for TEP in building there microwave back haul system from Nogales to white tanks in PHX. Stacked many SST in the Tucson market ran lines tested sites poured foundations for shelters.

At BOWLIN I worked on a crew where we all worked together to build towers from Montana to the tip of Florida up towards New York we worked very closely with Crown during the construction capturing all the close out documents. I was responsible for inventorying the tower making sure to report to my foreman any shortages. Here I learned to read and understand the prints.

Running lines hanging mounts stacking towers for 3 rivers in Montana to Texas. I worked here for a short time the company closed down but during the time I was here I worked with a young tower crew where I taught the new tower hands how to stack towers hang mounts and how to safely climb.

This was the first construction job I ever had, but I learned to climb (not by todays standers) and build and stack towers from GUY tower to SST we worked all over the United States. I drove the Boom Truck from state to state following my foreman and learning how to run jobs through watching him.

As a E-3 I worked with the new recruits in the training of fire fighting and damage control instructing on valve ops rebuilding along with fire drills and training the crew with my department heads to make sure all crew mates were up to date with the standers set forth by the DOD. while in service I was awarded the Battle E for excellence along with the Desert Storm service ribbon.
