FOH, staging, and tech for various performances indoor and outdoor. Coordinate band load ins/outs, stage set, wiring, miking, and troubleshooting of gear. Handling of some outdoor events, Native Trails and Sunday A'Fair. Coordinating crew, and crew breaks. Teaching crew audio concepts, recognizing crews strength and weaknesses and helping crew grow their own knowledge.
