Raised in rural Southern Alberta, I developed a strong work ethic through my early experiences assisting my father at a local fabrication shop and working on local farms. In my free time, I pursued my passion for athletics, participating in hockey and dirt biking.Following a career in the oil and gas industry, I returned to school, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. I subsequently obtained my Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designations, along with specialized certifications in Corporate Finance, Valuations, and Business Performance Management-Strategy.My diverse background, which includes involvement in high-growth startups, private company growth strategies, joint ventures, operational management, and acquisitions, has fostered a deep commitment to business success and a relentless drive to achieve results.
