Continued to grow the team from four to eight technicians. Utilized Autodesk Fusion 360 to create 3D renderings of job sites, the automation equipment on site, as well as the functionality and fail safes that are in place. Communicated with customers to create an automation solution that fit their needs, built the site in the SCADA system, made programming changes to PLCs and HMIs for the specific project, built and wired cabinets for the electronics equipment, and configured cellular routers for the equipment on site. Worked with the engineering and development teams to automate VFDs on electrical pumps to offer customers a cleaner solution. Continued to support technicians with troubleshooting and other issues remotely, dispatched them for service calls and installations, and also developed a training guides and documentation that corporate used to develop a technician training program nationwide.

Installation of more advanced technology including PLCs, HMIs, and actuator valves including wiring and network setup for these devices. Setup mod bus communication protocols. Started building the team in the northeast from two to four technicians and served as the first contact for troubleshooting issues that arose with the equipment for the other technicians. Installation of Telemetry devices for complete remote control of diesel pumps, tank/water source quality, pressure monitoring, flow monitoring, temperature monitoring, and water level/volume used for fracking operations. Troubleshooting these devices for part failures, network communication issues, and electrical issues. Managing time, spare parts inventory, and service requests by evaluating issues through the SCADA system to limit travel where possible.
