In November 2019 I took the step of deciding to see the world and travel. I decided to base myself in Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam where I was an English teacher to Grade 1 & Grade 2 children. I found it extremely rewarding teaching while getting to see how beautiful South East Asia was. Sadly due to the global pandemic that occurred in March 2020 my time was cut short and I flew home to Ireland in May 2020.

CMS employs 350 people across six locations in the UK and Ireland, plus locations in the Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Australia and China.CMS Distribution helps IT vendors and channel partners grow their business, by taking emerging technologies to market whilst growing established brands using a range of value added services.I am part of the customer claims team and some of my duties include -Daily processing of Supplier Rebates on the internal System-Running daily reports & managing open rebates. -Customer Service Requests.-Liaise with Sales to ensure all orders ship with correct Rebates-Chasing outstanding payments. - Trusted with processing all high value payments over €1,000,000. - Assisting in the budgeting for marketing campaigns - Compiling reports for the directors to include full financial analysis on the companies performance- Meeting with customers and vendors to ensure each party is satisfied with the claims process

I completed a 5 month internship with Connacht Rugby working as part of the club and community team.Some of my duties included:- Assisting the marketing team with promotion campaigns to increase sales. - Conducted a report into player participation rates within the province where I got in contact with over 200 players. This involved a large proportion of cold calling.- Ensuring the volunteer led clubs were accommodated for in their wants. - Assisted in the running of a corporate event for season ticket holders.- Worked as a customer service representative during season ticket renewals.
